Rungopher
Rungopher is a new breakthrough conversational SMS platform allowing customers to engage with brands on a personalised level. We worked with the Rungopher team on completely overhauling their existing brand and digital presence from the ground up.
Challenge
By injecting new life into their messaging, brand strategy and web presence, we helped Rungopher increase much needed engagement and recognition with new and existing customers.
The update would effect not only the brand for prospective customers, but for existing users on the platform. While the technology is complex, the brand and product needed to be simple to understand.

The existing brand was completely overhauled and centred around a character icon. The bright palette and cheerful character kept the brand energetic, fun and engaging. The new look and feel also helped elevate the Rungopher user dashboard for a better user experience.
